Entire Compliance implementation
Entire Compliance implementation is undertaken for the client, to enable them to focus on their core business activities. This we do it on Pan India basis. This includes, maintenance of registers under various statues, filing of returns under various legislations, obtaining of License/registrations/authorizations under various legislations, liasioning with the Government Authorities,. etc. All these activities are done by us through our local offices, overseen by the assigned Manager placed at the corporate office at New Delhi .

We have a unique cloud/server based Information Technology solution – COMTECH/CSOFT allows our clients to manage ongoing compliance work in their organisation. The COMTECH/CSOFT tool is designed to allow managers and directors, who may not directly control compliance work, but are legally responsible for it, to observe and flag tasks before the government authorities do the same.
